Your process for successful digital transformation

This white paper presents a process for successfully implementing digital transformation in companies with 20 to 10,000 employees. Ever since the term VUCA was introduced, it has been clear that the economic conditions and thus the success of companies can be described as “fluid” - i.e. unstable and dynamic - due to globalization, decentralization and fast-paced change. Changing an outdated corporate structure is the answer to being able to survive as a company in the so-called VUCA world. However, this change is multifaceted and highly complex.

This complexity is due to the various interrelated aspects of digital transformation. In order to master the challenges, there are different methodologies and procedures for the systematic implementation and operationalization of change in the individual aspects. Currently, the various approaches to digital transformation lack an overarching process for achieving a sustainable, perceptible degree of implementation in the individual aspects of corporate transformation using the right means. This white paper therefore draws on the tried-and-tested “metaSYN” approach and combines several systematic elements of individual digital transformation methodologies. In particular, the “metaSYN” approach emphasizes the holistic mapping of the entire company, with a focus on the so-called WorkplacelT. As a result, the entire company is organically digitalized through the process of digital transformation, which creates sustainable and long-term added value (business value).
